Solutions to the Most-Common Virus caused Disease!

Undoubtedly, cold and cough is the most irritating problem. And now when Zika Virus, and Swine Flue are so common, people are desperate for the ideal home remedies. There are many medicines on the shelves of a pharmacy, just for cold and cough. In order to avoid being confused, I have herewith supplied you with a few straight-forward home remedies! It occurs several times in a year. Weirdly, it happens to me during Summers as well. But, I have found a solution to it! Just follow the below given steps in order to get rid of cold and cough in a period of two-three days.

Psychological Solutions~

1) First of all, forget that you even have cold. Ignore it. It works for me, and it has not relapsed since. (Touchwood) The more you will notice it, the more will it multiply.
2) Avoid keeping handkerchiefs in eye view. Just keep two handkerchiefs in the pocket, even at home. If you keep a handkerchief in eye view, your tendency to sneeze or to blow your nose would increase. Use a handkerchief whenever you need it., but not unnecessarily.
3) Don't think about it. Avoid Googling 'How to cure cold' or 'What are the side-effects of cold', unnecessarily. It won't help. Instead, it will increase your fears for a minimal disease.
4) If you have to go for work, keep yourself busy all the time. Even at home, try to keep yourself busy. Read, study, or perform the house chores. But don't strain yourself, as you are required to stay away from dust and dirt.
5) Don't be ashamed of sneezing at public places. It happens to every human being. But do cover your nose and mouth with a handkerchief while sneezing.
6) Don't ask for sympathy, instead show strength. After all, it is the least painful or harmful disease.

Physical Solutions~

1) Stay away from dust! It multiplies the bacteria in your nose and throat, and can worsen the situation.
2) Avoid switching on Air Conditioners at night. If it is too hot, switch on the ceiling fan, or the table fan.
3) Use refreshing toothpastes, such as the mint one. It hits you with freshness, and opens up your blocked nose.
4) Something that is very familiar, avoid eating Ice Creams, or aerated drinks. They can increase your cold and cough.
5) In case of fever, try to avoid screens, they emit radiations to your body, increasing the chances of fever.
6) Eat a lot of turmeric, but not directly. Try to add a pinch of turmeric in everything you eat or drink. If you like to drink milk, add turmeric to it. If you like to eat pasta, add loads of turmeric to it too.
7) Make sure whatever you eat or drink is warm. Drink 6-8 glasses of lukewarm water every day.
8) Apply balm on your forehead, around the nose, around the neck, and at the back of your ears. It sort of connects all the organs in a refreshing way.
9) Take steam. It is one of the best solutions. It kills all the bacteria as it goes from your nose, down your throat.
10) Take a Ginger Honey concoction. It opens your throat and nose, lowers down the high temperature of the body.
11) If you have a case of asthma, consult your regular doctor. Well, nasal sprays can be used, along with the asthma medicines in order to cure the inflammation of the lungs. However, do assure this statement from your doctor.
12) Exercise a bit. This way, you will release sweat, lowering down your body temperature. This also makes you physically active.
13) Try wearing a mask whenever you go out.
14) Keep a few pieces of garlic with you, wherever you go. Drink Garlic Concoctions as well.
15) Consume lots of green tea or sugarless hot coffee or hot tea! They are the best and the tastiest option when you feel thirsty during cold!
However, here is a YouTube link to Green Tea recipe:

Future: 2050

The Future Awaits Us! 'The science of today is the technology of tomorrow", said Edward Teller, a well-known theoretical physicist. But in these words, what does tomorrow signify? Is it a mere conjecture of the probable happenings of the future, or perhaps an upcoming alien invasion? Whatever it stands for, we do know for a fact that the future withholds what we fantasize for today. Presently, the materialistic ventures of human beings have amassed to a toxic aura of manipulation, added to the cloaked presence of go-getters. Yet, political pursuits and a change of economy are at the top of this social food chain. It has been fifty years to the first man on the Moon, and our objectives have been increasing by a manifold. According to me, it is not the future for which we should worry, but instead, we should be on guard for not being able to limit expectations in all dimensions. 2050 is not far, it is merely 30 years ahead and it might be jaw-dropping to realize th

If you were stranded on a deserted island, name a few things you would bring.

Perhaps, the most frustrating/asked question in high-profile interviews. Like, come on, first of all, I would never know that I am going to be stranded on a deserted island. I'll never be like, "Oh! I am going to be stranded on a deserted island, let me take my puppy with me." And even if so, I would never have the time to take things with me. The only answer I could think of  is something that could save my life. Anyways, let me throw some light on the things people usually say- Mobile Phone - Oh great! First of all, would you be able to establish a connection? What will happen after a day's battery? What if your phone is full of water from the sea? But no, they want to click selfies on the island with the caption, "Oh no! Stranded on a deserted island! #boring" 📱 My Kindle - Okay, that's fine, maybe you want to read on how to survive on a deserted island. But, if they ask you to have something else besides your Kindle, where will you get
