Heal The World

Save water. Save trees. Save the environment. Save the ozone layer. Prevent global warming. Reuse, Reduce, Recycle etc. For many of us, these are just some slogans for a poster making competition, do we have the acuity to find the causes for these words, what are they?  Yes, In Science, we may have studied that if we don't save water, there will be a really difficult situation for us in future, for we will be struggling for a single drop of it. It's the state of abyss, for millions of people in many countries of South Africa and other places who are dying for water.
What about trees? Have we ever had concern to just plant a single tree in a month, or at least a year or can we plant a tree on every birthday of our family members instead of having pizzas and loud parties. Most of us are having a sense of immortal bliss, that we are blessed with everything, and take everything for granted. Just thank God for what you have, even for the oxygen that you are inhaling. What is the sense of cutting trees to make paper, and writing 'Save Trees' on those papers.
Some Knowledge and Tips
Don't let pollution succumb this human race to death. Practical knowledge teaches us more than the theory one, so plant trees and observe their development. One day, who knows, you could be admired as one of the greatest environmentalists, but hey, you have to pull up your socks and work hard for it!
As Lao- Tzu said, "The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step"
I, herewith, to begin this beautiful mission, give you some simple steps to save water, save trees, prevent pollution etc.
1) For students: We all have some water left in our water bottles at the end of the day, why to throw away this water, when you can water it to the plants in school or society plants on your way back home.
2) Polythene wrappers are something that we use very often. These wrappers can be reused and recycled many times.
3) Insist on less usage of cars and to use bicycles for short distance travelling, which we, teenagers and kids are quite fond of, or atleast encourage carpooling.
4) Plant trees! The most important of all! Plant trees where you think the place looks barren.
5) Use solar energy, make use of the Sun's glorious energy.
6) Don't let those stereos be turned on for more than the time you are satisfied with, preventing noise pollution.
7) Participate in conservation programs whenever they are organized.
8) Conserve energy – remember to turn off lights, computers, and electric appliances when not in use.
9) Use energy efficient light bulbs and appliances.
10) Hug trees! They are keeping us alive....

Future: 2050

The Future Awaits Us! 'The science of today is the technology of tomorrow", said Edward Teller, a well-known theoretical physicist. But in these words, what does tomorrow signify? Is it a mere conjecture of the probable happenings of the future, or perhaps an upcoming alien invasion? Whatever it stands for, we do know for a fact that the future withholds what we fantasize for today. Presently, the materialistic ventures of human beings have amassed to a toxic aura of manipulation, added to the cloaked presence of go-getters. Yet, political pursuits and a change of economy are at the top of this social food chain. It has been fifty years to the first man on the Moon, and our objectives have been increasing by a manifold. According to me, it is not the future for which we should worry, but instead, we should be on guard for not being able to limit expectations in all dimensions. 2050 is not far, it is merely 30 years ahead and it might be jaw-dropping to realize th

If you were stranded on a deserted island, name a few things you would bring.

Perhaps, the most frustrating/asked question in high-profile interviews. Like, come on, first of all, I would never know that I am going to be stranded on a deserted island. I'll never be like, "Oh! I am going to be stranded on a deserted island, let me take my puppy with me." And even if so, I would never have the time to take things with me. The only answer I could think of  is something that could save my life. Anyways, let me throw some light on the things people usually say- Mobile Phone - Oh great! First of all, would you be able to establish a connection? What will happen after a day's battery? What if your phone is full of water from the sea? But no, they want to click selfies on the island with the caption, "Oh no! Stranded on a deserted island! #boring" 📱 My Kindle - Okay, that's fine, maybe you want to read on how to survive on a deserted island. But, if they ask you to have something else besides your Kindle, where will you get
