How a Teen Would Give an Interview

Well, we, teens, are some of the wittiest people ever, especially now that we are in the digital age. People of our age are building websites, to coding the most complex programs. Adults, now more often ask doubts from us, than they ever did, and we, well we are always there to help. Even though social media has taken over us, we don't isolate ourselves. And that is something people look through. Well, we can turn laziness into wit in many aspects of life, so why not a simple interview? Well, that is my today's blog all about. Though I am not qualified enough for a professional job, it would be interesting if I, as a teen try to answer some of the frequently asked interview questions listed below which I got from a website, using my 'teen wit', assuming that I have an MBA degree. Read the questions, answer them simultaneously, and then scroll down to see mine, and compare it to yours.

Disclaimer: All the answers are just for fun, no intentions good/bad are supposed. However, you may take how much ever tips and knowledge you want from them.
  1. What can you tell me about yourself?
  2. Can you list your strengths?
  3. What weaknesses do you have?
  4. Why should I consider hiring you?
  5. Where do you see yourself five years from now?
  6. Why do you want to work here?
  7. What is your salary expectation?
  8. What motivates you?
  9. What makes a good team player?
  10. Is there anything that you would like to ask me
Ans. Before anything else, I am a human being, a daughter, and a learner. These are the duties assigned to me by the God, and hence are placed foremost. Then, I am a __(Age)__ yr. old person, who strives to be better then who she was the day before. I live in __(Country Name)___ and no matter how many tours are pronounced, __(Country Name)____ will always be my motherland.

Ans. ____(Passion name)____ , _____('')_____, _____('')_____, and _____('')________ are some of my strengths. But according to Google, strength is defined as 'the capability to stay physically strong'. I am a survivor, whatever struggles I have been through have shaped me, and I have remained physically strong in them. I try to stay true to my roots come what may. Hence, strength, for me, is not limited to a certain set of hobbies.

Ans. I have many weaknesses. I don't tell my weaknesses to anyone, that's what I have been taught. I want to be seen strong, but if I have any problem, I'll never be 'too shy', or afraid to ask for help.

Ans. I'll not force you to hire me. I'll not boast about myself. I preserve what I have been taught, and I have the capability to outwork others, and go beyond standard professional heights. I have the wit to win, and lose happily. If you want a person, I may be the one.

Ans. I don't know. I can't see the future, nor do I keep such long ambitions. If you look too high, you'll not notice the pit in your way. You may think of me being unclear, but short-term goals lead to long term goals.

Ans. Let me be clear. I see potential in a very few places, and I love to be a part to raise the potential of that place. I see potential here, not only for me, but for the whole company, and I'd love to see this place reach its ultimate destination. I do my best for everything, promising to not let the guard down. Also, where there is work done for a good purpose, there is God. You have a good purpose, so why wouldn't I like to work with God.

Ans. Till Karma is not disappointed of my work, I'd only want a salary that can afford me a daily bread with a roofed-house. Good purposes satisfy my hunger.

Ans. Everything motivates me. Even if I see a criminal, it would motivate me to not be like him. I believe that one can find motivation from anywhere. But the biggest motivator is 'failure', which has formed a major part of one's life, more than success.

Ans. Collaboration, faith, and the confidence to go through ups, and downs in a team.

Ans. Want me to call the next person?

Well, I hope you liked my answers. All answers are from a teen's perspective. But remember to speak all the answers with confidence. Do not fall lousy.

With this, I close my fifteenth blog. Please follow me. :-)

Future: 2050

The Future Awaits Us! 'The science of today is the technology of tomorrow", said Edward Teller, a well-known theoretical physicist. But in these words, what does tomorrow signify? Is it a mere conjecture of the probable happenings of the future, or perhaps an upcoming alien invasion? Whatever it stands for, we do know for a fact that the future withholds what we fantasize for today. Presently, the materialistic ventures of human beings have amassed to a toxic aura of manipulation, added to the cloaked presence of go-getters. Yet, political pursuits and a change of economy are at the top of this social food chain. It has been fifty years to the first man on the Moon, and our objectives have been increasing by a manifold. According to me, it is not the future for which we should worry, but instead, we should be on guard for not being able to limit expectations in all dimensions. 2050 is not far, it is merely 30 years ahead and it might be jaw-dropping to realize th

If you were stranded on a deserted island, name a few things you would bring.

Perhaps, the most frustrating/asked question in high-profile interviews. Like, come on, first of all, I would never know that I am going to be stranded on a deserted island. I'll never be like, "Oh! I am going to be stranded on a deserted island, let me take my puppy with me." And even if so, I would never have the time to take things with me. The only answer I could think of  is something that could save my life. Anyways, let me throw some light on the things people usually say- Mobile Phone - Oh great! First of all, would you be able to establish a connection? What will happen after a day's battery? What if your phone is full of water from the sea? But no, they want to click selfies on the island with the caption, "Oh no! Stranded on a deserted island! #boring" 📱 My Kindle - Okay, that's fine, maybe you want to read on how to survive on a deserted island. But, if they ask you to have something else besides your Kindle, where will you get
