The Time I Redid My DIY Back From When I was 7

Original Wall Organizer
This is the account of a DIY I did when I was 7, but today I did the same thing again, just to see if I had improved.
So, I tried a bit of DIY in my free time, and it turned out to be pretty good I must say. DIY is good for the kind of people who face a lot of temper tantrums, day in, and day out. It is kind of a stress buster. All the stubbornness is disappeared, and I am taken into a state of oblivion. That's a bit too intricate, but the way of defining certainty can never change the uncertainty. Coming back to what I was talking about, I recently checked off, maybe the simplest thing of my bucket list, and that is to do a DIY with my own mind's creativity, and not from YouTube. It barely took me three hours to complete it, where I thought it would take a day or two. So, I had the idea of a wall organizer, which is very simple to think of but I just got too excited to implement it. It definitely must be there on YouTube, but I am uncertain of it. Anyways, I have herewith listed the things required, and the procedure of making it, in case it turns out to be of any help of yours.

First,
Materials Required-

  • Ice Cream Sticks (A couple of them)
  • An unused cloth, quite colorful. (1 big one, about the size of a pillow cover, that can be cut into pieces.)
  • Decorations (Necessary. From stickers to mirrors, keep everything ready.)
  • Stapler
  • Glue (Go for the liquid one)
  • Paints

Second,
Procedure-

  • First take nine ice cream sticks and paint them in your favorite color. All of them should be in the same color.
  • Lay these nine sticks parallel to each other after drying them. Glue another stick of a different color in the middle, and horizontally, on the front side, in order to join these sticks. Take another stick of the same color as of the joining stick, and glue it in the middle, horizontally, and on the back side, just opposite to the former stick, with the nine sticks in between. This will firm the set. Let them dry.
  • Now take your cloth, and cut a piece of a size that is smaller than the stick set. It's okay if all the ends of the piece are open. You can cut another piece of the same size, and putting them simultaneously, also fold their edges together in one side and staple them. The staples should not be seen in the front. Don't staple all the sides, as one side should be open to act like a pocket.
  • Glue the Cloth Pocket on the stick set, on either of the set's sides. Glue it firmly, so that the pocket does not slide off the set. Let it all dry finally.
  • Stick some decorations like I have done, to complement the organizer. Now, you can put anything in the pocket. Prefer smaller things, like clips, or bands, pencils, pens and sharpeners, that are light, so that heaviness doesn't make it fall.
  • You can use a double sided tape, or a suction to place the organizer firmly on the wall.
  • Also refer to the picture, the organizers on the left and right, are the ones I just taught you to make, whereas the one in the middle is a memo organizer.
  • Total sticks used- 11
  1. To make the memo organizer, just follow everything till the second step.
  2. Like done after the second step, you don't need to make a pocket. Just put two rubber bands on the top and bottom of the set.
  3. These rubber bands can be used to hand post-its, on which you have written important reminders for each day, or you can even hand pamphlets of a cafe, or so.
  4. Decorate this as well.
  5. You can hang this on your wall.
  • This has proved to be very useful to me, and hope it does to you too. I am proud of myself, and want to be proud of you too. If you made this, please share the pic in the comments' section. Think of your creative ideas as well, and implement them. If any suggestions, contact me through the comments' section. I also welcome your ideas, and will post your DIY in any of my upcoming blogs. Thank you.
With this, I close my seventeenth blog. Please follow me.
Go for these ice cream sticks, not the curved ones.

Future: 2050

The Future Awaits Us! 'The science of today is the technology of tomorrow", said Edward Teller, a well-known theoretical physicist. But in these words, what does tomorrow signify? Is it a mere conjecture of the probable happenings of the future, or perhaps an upcoming alien invasion? Whatever it stands for, we do know for a fact that the future withholds what we fantasize for today. Presently, the materialistic ventures of human beings have amassed to a toxic aura of manipulation, added to the cloaked presence of go-getters. Yet, political pursuits and a change of economy are at the top of this social food chain. It has been fifty years to the first man on the Moon, and our objectives have been increasing by a manifold. According to me, it is not the future for which we should worry, but instead, we should be on guard for not being able to limit expectations in all dimensions. 2050 is not far, it is merely 30 years ahead and it might be jaw-dropping to realize th

If you were stranded on a deserted island, name a few things you would bring.

Perhaps, the most frustrating/asked question in high-profile interviews. Like, come on, first of all, I would never know that I am going to be stranded on a deserted island. I'll never be like, "Oh! I am going to be stranded on a deserted island, let me take my puppy with me." And even if so, I would never have the time to take things with me. The only answer I could think of  is something that could save my life. Anyways, let me throw some light on the things people usually say- Mobile Phone - Oh great! First of all, would you be able to establish a connection? What will happen after a day's battery? What if your phone is full of water from the sea? But no, they want to click selfies on the island with the caption, "Oh no! Stranded on a deserted island! #boring" 📱 My Kindle - Okay, that's fine, maybe you want to read on how to survive on a deserted island. But, if they ask you to have something else besides your Kindle, where will you get
