Stress, stress go away!

The butterflies in your stomach when you hear of an upcoming meeting or of the due date of a project. These butterflies are the first signs of upcoming stress that is going to strike you, every day, every hour, every second, but that, if you allow it to. It's very normal to get depressed, go through anxiety or have headaches, but the more you allow them to seize you, the more they will. You need to learn to let go of the stress. There are different reasons for which people worry. Some are listed below-
1. Fear of making mistakes
2. Stage Fright
3. Fear of criticism
4. Fear of leg pulling
5. Fear of losing an impression
Imagine if you just let go of all these worries! You will overcome all these fears and rule the stage.
These are the things that make you depressed, some even get a panic attack under such worries. The house becomes silent, you like to be alone, you stop watching films or listening to songs, you decline leisure trips with family etc. These are SOME signs. This is all because you create an aura of stress that unknowingly traps other people too. Stress is like the plant 'Touch Me Not', you better not touch it, or it will eat you! Being alone will not help you, in fact it will multiply your problems, you need to find solutions to your problems, whenever you want to get comforted or you want to really be left alone, then go and pray or meditate. Praying or meditating will really help you overcome your stress. For some people listening to songs or watching funny films also helps. You just need to keep yourself busy. Dont indulge in loneliness. Talk to someone about your problems, ask different people about their solutions and it will help. But you need to prepare well for your presentation or project too. The more you prepare, the more will your chances be of performing well. Don't be afraid of leg pulling or criticism, people will laugh, it is their job, even if you do your best. Don't be afraid of these people, if you let people's judgement affect you, then you will start becoming insecure about yourself, about what you wear, how you walk, how you speak, and you surely don't want that to happen. Just be confident and be well-dressed on your performing day: this will make you feel confident about yourself.
Dont worry about your impression, if you are truthful and honest from the inside, then no impression can define you.
Everyone makes mistakes! One or two mistakes will surely happen. But it is okay! It happens with every single person. Remember that with every mistake made, you learn something new.
So, don't let stress capture you, instead, overcome it.

Future: 2050

The Future Awaits Us! 'The science of today is the technology of tomorrow", said Edward Teller, a well-known theoretical physicist. But in these words, what does tomorrow signify? Is it a mere conjecture of the probable happenings of the future, or perhaps an upcoming alien invasion? Whatever it stands for, we do know for a fact that the future withholds what we fantasize for today. Presently, the materialistic ventures of human beings have amassed to a toxic aura of manipulation, added to the cloaked presence of go-getters. Yet, political pursuits and a change of economy are at the top of this social food chain. It has been fifty years to the first man on the Moon, and our objectives have been increasing by a manifold. According to me, it is not the future for which we should worry, but instead, we should be on guard for not being able to limit expectations in all dimensions. 2050 is not far, it is merely 30 years ahead and it might be jaw-dropping to realize th...

How a Teen Would Give an Interview

Well, we, teens, are some of the wittiest people ever, especially now that we are in the digital age. People of our age are building websites, to coding the most complex programs. Adults, now more often ask doubts from us, than they ever did, and we, well we are always there to help. Even though social media has taken over us, we don't isolate ourselves. And that is something people look through. Well, we can turn laziness into wit in many aspects of life, so why not a simple interview? Well, that is my today's blog all about. Though I am not qualified enough for a professional job, it would be interesting if I, as a teen try to answer some of the frequently asked interview questions listed below which I got from a website, using my 'teen wit', assuming that I have an MBA degree. Read the questions, answer them simultaneously, and then scroll down to see mine, and compare it to yours. Disclaimer: All the answers are just for fun, no intentions good/bad are supp...
