Blog's Twist: The Transition Time

So, it's been a year to this blog, and I wish it a very happy first birthday! Thanks for being my window to the world, when I wanted to pen my feelings down. So for it's first birthday this 2017, here are some important things to the blog,- 1.  Well, I am totally changing the approach and style of this blog. It was this whole year, that I tried out my writing style, and now I am going to showcase my interest in this blog, and it will all be about 'Space, Universe, and Culture', which are my particular interests. You certainly must have got the idea from my first blog post. 2018 is arriving, and I hence welcome a new topic to the blog, which I'll prefer to ace like an aficionado, through my articles. So now, the blog will just be about the Universe and stuff. Make sure you tune in for the best and latest updates on Space and Technology too. 2. Make sure you follow my blog, and comment and like the posts. Also, I would love all of your support, since this is a b

If you were stranded on a deserted island, name a few things you would bring.

Perhaps, the most frustrating/asked question in high-profile interviews. Like, come on, first of all, I would never know that I am going to be stranded on a deserted island. I'll never be like, "Oh! I am going to be stranded on a deserted island, let me take my puppy with me." And even if so, I would never have the time to take things with me. The only answer I could think of  is something that could save my life. Anyways, let me throw some light on the things people usually say- Mobile Phone - Oh great! First of all, would you be able to establish a connection? What will happen after a day's battery? What if your phone is full of water from the sea? But no, they want to click selfies on the island with the caption, "Oh no! Stranded on a deserted island! #boring" 📱 My Kindle - Okay, that's fine, maybe you want to read on how to survive on a deserted island. But, if they ask you to have something else besides your Kindle, where will you get

The Time I Redid My DIY Back From When I was 7

Original Wall Organizer This is the account of a DIY I did when I was 7, but today I did the same thing again, just to see if I had improved. So, I tried a bit of DIY in my free time, and it turned out to be pretty good I must say. DIY is good for the kind of people who face a lot of temper tantrums, day in, and day out. It is kind of a stress buster. All the stubbornness is disappeared, and I am taken into a state of oblivion. That's a bit too intricate, but the way of defining certainty can never change the uncertainty. Coming back to what I was talking about, I recently checked off, maybe the simplest thing of my bucket list, and that is to do a DIY with my own mind's creativity, and not from YouTube. It barely took me three hours to complete it, where I thought it would take a day or two. So, I had the idea of a wall organizer, which is very simple to think of but I just got too excited to implement it. It definitely must be there on YouTube, but I am uncertain of it.

How a Teen Would Give an Interview

Well, we, teens, are some of the wittiest people ever, especially now that we are in the digital age. People of our age are building websites, to coding the most complex programs. Adults, now more often ask doubts from us, than they ever did, and we, well we are always there to help. Even though social media has taken over us, we don't isolate ourselves. And that is something people look through. Well, we can turn laziness into wit in many aspects of life, so why not a simple interview? Well, that is my today's blog all about. Though I am not qualified enough for a professional job, it would be interesting if I, as a teen try to answer some of the frequently asked interview questions listed below which I got from a website, using my 'teen wit', assuming that I have an MBA degree. Read the questions, answer them simultaneously, and then scroll down to see mine, and compare it to yours. Disclaimer: All the answers are just for fun, no intentions good/bad are supp

Keeping it Simple

Keeping it Simple The dresses you wear on a party night, The tears you shed for a stormy flight. The way you think the world sees you, Along with all the flaws and insecurities that drive you. Isn't it all hype? Why do we count our flaws, Midway between self-made laws. Who told us to be sad? Who told us to be scared? Who told us to mend every gap? So, why do we have to care? For 'tis forgiving that the world has forgotten, Often being vulnerable like floating cotton. Don't think so much, Just let it go, And watch your destiny open all the doors. You'll soon see a difference in the ocean shallow cradles, Light will drive away the clouds of darkness, And you'll finally see the shores.

Wonder Woman- Review!

Wonder Woman A week ago, I went to watch 'Wonder Woman', which released on June 2, and I must say that it is one of the best movies of all time. It sends chills of inspiration down your spine. In most of the movies, the fight scenes look pretty fake, but, in Wonder Woman, the fight scenes looked amazingly real. Every girl would like to be a Wonder Woman after watching this movie. Even the villain was not obvious, like in other films, you already know the villain at the very beginning. This also creates a sense of suspense in the film. This year, movies such as 'Hidden Figures', and 'Wonder Woman', dominate the industry with woman empowerment. Honestly, it is again a movie with an unyielding message. Taking the movie back into the time of World War, and portraying it in a modern way, is tough, but Gal Gadot, and Patty Jenkins together nailed it. The supporting cast in this film is one of the best supporting cast ever seen. Chris Pine also plays a rather go

Goa: From Accommodations to Beaches

It's SUMMER TIME! And Goa is the ideal place to spend your summer! I have been to Goa in India, and I must say that it was one of the best travel experiences. I am quite familiar with the place, though being there only once. Hence, I can provide you with some first hand tips. I, herewith, state everything from Accommodations to Beaches. Hotel Accommodations : Hotel is the most crucial part in anyone's trip. It can make or break the trip. When I went to Goa, we stayed in a four-star resort named 'Marinha Dourada' , located in Arpora . Personally, I would rate it with five stars because I fell in love with it. To add on to the loveliness, our hotel had a great scenic beauty, it was facing the lovely coconut and palm trees that were grown in the resort. The resort was taken care of like a baby. It was so neat and clean, and you could actually see the bushes perfectly trimmed. Well, our room was fascinating too. It was enough big, consisting of large storage space. It al

Being a Fresher in a New School

When you are in primary school, being a new admission is a 'sense of achievement'. Everyone wants to make you their friend. But honestly, this is just primary school, everything changes as you move into the elementary level. Everyone has grown by then, everyone has a group of friends. But baby, you got to take a deep breath. This is just the beginning. I moved to a new school, due to my dad's transfer. Oh, the farewell I got on my last day of the previous school, hands up, was one of THE best days of my lives. The days after it, when I left the school, all I was left was with the hormones of my teenage days jumping on my head, making me even more frustrated with each passing day, and trust me, when something jumps on your head, it hurts. I was scared, but at the same time, excited for the first day at the new school. Well, this blog also gives an idea about how a typical day at an Indian school is. I had seen my school before, when I went for an admission test, but t

'Hidden Figures' is not Hidden Anymore.

'Hidden Figures'- An absolutely exquisite movie, with an unyielding message. The story, based on three brilliant friends, who chose to find their own paths, in one of the most highly-reputed companies of The USA, 'NASA', setting benchmarks for other African- Americans in the 1960's, when racial discrimination was at its peak. They were the true 'Hidden Figures' behind sending the first American in space. It has been 2-3 months since the movie released, but it has still been helping me to find solutions to my problems. Many lessons can be learnt from the movie. A very sagacious way of inspiring the youth, indeed! And I must say that racial discrimination, even today, should come to an end, so that more people like Michelle Obama stand out. It earned $229,424,082 globally. It stars some of my favorite actors like Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer, and Janelle Monae in the lead roles. Even Kevin Costner builds a lasting effect. It makes your hear

Heal The World

Save water. Save trees. Save the environment. Save the ozone layer. Prevent global warming. Reuse, Reduce, Recycle etc. For many of us, these are just some slogans for a poster making competition, do we have the acuity to find the causes for these words, what are they?  Yes, In Science, we may have studied that if we don't save water, there will be a really difficult situation for us in future, for we will be struggling for a single drop of it. It's the state of abyss, for millions of people in many countries of South Africa and other places who are dying for water. What about trees? Have we ever had concern to just plant a single tree in a month, or at least a year or can we plant a tree on every birthday of our family members instead of having pizzas and loud parties. Most of us are having a sense of immortal bliss, that we are blessed with everything, and take everything for granted. Just thank God for what you have, even for the oxygen that you are inhaling. What is the s
